I tried to boot it up and it actually launched and stablized. Again, I dropped those files into the same folder my NVSE was in (Common>Fallout New Vegas). I was then told about a 4G patcher here on steam. Not even removing any of the files would make the game launch again. I tried the NVSE Launcher, the 4G launcher, the New Vegas Launcher. (Steam Apps >Common>Fallout New Vegas) (As instructed by the only available sources I could find spareingly) The game had officially became file currupted and wouldn't even boot up the window before it crashed. First I tried the 4G they provided on NVSE's Website and dropped those files into the same place I dropped the NVSE files.

Just to see if I haven't pushed the 2G boundary yet.

Hi-res Clothing Texture, and the Character Overhaul.
#FALLOUT MOD MANAGER UNABLE TO GET WRITE PERMISSIONS MODS#
Mods like Project Nevada, EvE Visual Enhencement, Enhenced Camera mods will work fine on the game. So I have the Nexus Mod Manager downloaded and I'm well aware this might be the issue.Īfter that, the second thing I've done is downloaded the NVSE from Silverlock and went to Program Files x86 > Steam > Steam Apps > Common > Fallout New Vegas and I dropped those files into the Fallout New Vegas folder. Below I am going to write out a series of actions I undertook and it would be a great help if anyone could give me the play-by-play of what went wrong. I've been trying for nearly a week now and I have been having quite a difficult time getting the game to boot up properly.
